These terms are between Test LLC ("we") and you, the user of Finance Assistant ("the Service"). By signing in you accept them.

1. The Service

The Service reads the bank data you upload, categorises transactions, computes totals, answers questions about your money and emails a weekly report. It is a prototype provided free of charge, as is. Any paid plan will be announced before it starts and will not be charged without your explicit agreement.

2. Answers

Totals are computed by code; answer wording and report summaries are written by a language model and may contain mistakes. The Service does not give investment, tax or legal advice and cannot make payments.

3. Your data

We process data as described in the Privacy policy. You can delete your account and all its data at any time.

4. Use

Do not try to access other users' data, disrupt the Service or use it unlawfully; we may suspend access if you do.

5. Changes and contact
